Video lecture at Presidential Library dedicated to 80th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War

On 5 May 2025, as part of the video lecture "Knowledge of Russia", the Presidential Library hosted a lecture "Warriors of the School on Vasilievsky" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Nikita Blagovo, the creator and director of the Museum of the History of the Karl May School, a resident of besieged Leningrad, shared his memories of what the day of 9 May 1945 was like.

During the event he presented the publication "Warriors of the school on Vasilievsky Island", dedicated to the memory of teachers and pupils of the school on the 14th line of Vasilievsky Island - participants of the Great Patriotic War.
