The Presidential Library's portal has published collections dedicated to each of the CIS countries. These are available at Russia and Countries of the World section.. The digital collection Eurasia - Our Home is also available there.
One of the significant joint projects of the Presidential Library and LAE was the documentary film Library Front. 1941-1945, which tells about the contribution of the USSR libraries to the victory over fascism. The film was given to all libraries of the Commonwealth and posted on the Presidential Library's website.
Dmitry Kosenko, Senior Methodologist of the Presidential Library, will tell the conference participants about the new joint project of the Presidential Library and the Eurasia Library Assembly "Poems of Victory" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The initiative to create a media resource "Poems of Victory" was put forward by Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov at the XXVII General Meeting of the LAE members held in Minsk when discussing the plan of events timed to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. As part of the project, representatives of LAE member libraries recorded poems by their national poets dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. The premiere of the resulting 40-minute media resource "Poems of Victory" will take place at the end of May at the All-Russian Library Congress in Izhevsk.
The Presidential Library has also initiated a digital project Librarians - Soldiers of Victory in order to preserve the memory of the war heroism of the USSR librarians. The project is designed for five years, until 2030, and is divided into two stages. During the first stage, which was launched in late April, it is planned to collect materials about librarians - front-line soldiers, and during the second stage - to form a digital collection and publish it on the Presidential Library's portal. Libraries of the CIS countries of different levels and departmental affiliation are invited to participate in the project.
