Presidential Library and Prosveshcheniye Group signed co-operation agreement

On 21 June 2025 the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation and the joint-stock company Izdatelstvo Prosveshcheniye concluded a cooperation agreement. The event took place in the framework of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The corresponding document was signed by Director General of the Presidential Library Yury Nosov and President of the joint-stock company Publishing House Prosveshcheniye Mikhail Kozhevnikov.

The co-operation will be carried out in the field of scientific enlightenment and culture. The main goal of the agreement is to support popular science and cultural initiatives, implementation of joint projects and events of educational orientation. The parties agreed to include Internet links (QR codes) to thematic resources of the Presidential Library in the printed editions of the joint-stock company "Publishing House Prosveshcheniye.

The Director General of the Presidential Library Yuri Nosov noted: "Documents and materials from the Presidential Library fund are in demand in the society. References to the resources of the Presidential Library are included in the state history textbooks for high school students, as well as in the new state history textbooks for students of grades 5-9 published by the joint-stock company "Publishing House "Prosveshchestvo". We are confident that thanks to our partnership, similar work will be carried out on other textbooks of the humanitarian cycle, as well as other educational projects in the future".

It is also planned to exchange experience and innovative knowledge in the sphere of culture and education of children and teenagers, to create new mechanisms and programmes with the help of which it is possible to solve urgent issues facing society.

The Presidential Library can assist in providing access to its digital content on the history of Russia, the theory and practice of Russian statehood, and issues of Russian as the state language of the Russian Federation.
