Tatarstan Republic President visited the Presidential Library

On June 18, 2010 the delegation from Tatarstan Republic led by the newly assigned president R. N. Minnikhanov visited the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library.

Tatrstan president attended the ceremony of signing of the Agreement on creation and diffusion of television content in the territory of USA and Russia by the President’s Affairs Administration Head V. I, Kozhin. The ceremony of signing was held in the Office Hall of the Presidential Library.

At the end of ceremony R. N. Minnikhanov, V. I. Kozhin and the Presidential Library Director General A. P. Vershinin discussed the course of works on creation of the Presidential Library regional center in Tatarstan. The parties came to a single opinion that it is necessary to apply all possible efforts in order to open a Library branch in the Republic in 2011.

At the end of the meeting A. P. Vershinin handed to R. N. Minnikhanov the library card of the Presidential Library.
