The Don State Public Library continues the formation of the electronic collection to the 100th anniversary of the Red Army

The Don State Public Library continues the formation of the electronic collection "History of the Russian Army".

Its new section "Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (RKKA)" will contain military regulations, studies on the history of the creation of the Red Army and its participation in combat operations, features of formation and armament, materials on political, educational and teaching activities, personalities of famous military leaders.

Special attention should be paid to digital copies of documents from the former library of special storage fund, which cover the period of development of the Armed Forces from 1918 to 1950.

The Presidential Library has been cooperating with the Don State Public Library since 2014.

On the Presidential Library website the Rostov region is represented by the collection "Rostov Region: pages of history". The proposed selection includes studies, statistical materials, archival documents, cartographic and audio materials, reflecting the socio-economic and political aspects of the history of the Rostov region of the XVII-XX centuries. The current Charter of the Rostov region is also presented.
