The Olympiad Russia in the Electronic World, held by the Presidential Library, invites foreign citizens, including schoolchildren aged 14 and older and students, to participate. The contest will be held from October 14, 2024, to April 3, 2025, in two stages: a qualifying round and a final stage.

Since December 20, 2024, the second stage of the Olympiad Russia in the Electronic World in history, social studies, and the Russian language has been held. The event is organized by the Presidential Library and the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

On December 19, 2024, representatives from the Presidential Library participated in a ceremony to honor the strategic partners of the State Educational Institution Academy of Talents.

On December 10, 2024 in the Krupskaya Donetsk Regional Scientific Library a regional center for the popularization of the Russian language and culture Russkoye Slovo ('Russian Language') was opened with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Donetsk People's Republic. Similar centers have also been established via teleconference on the basis of model libraries in four other cities in the republic: Khartsyzk, Novoazovk, Mangush, and Donetsk.

On December 9, 2024, the Presidential Library held a solemn ceremony to award the winners and finalists of the The Future of Our Country in the Hands of Teachers competition.

From December 9th to December 20th, 2024, the Presidential Library will be training two groups of employees from educational organizations in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area within the framework of the additional professional development program titled Improving the Effectiveness of the Educational Process through the Use of Digital Resources at the Presidential Library. The training will take place full-time and will incorporate e-learning, distance learning technologies, and internships at the partner sites of the Presidential Library's Reserve Center in Moscow.

On December 5, 2024, an all-Russian seminar-meeting was held in Moscow, titled "The Potential of the Library System of the Russian Federation for Educational and Educational Activities of the Project No statute of limitations. The event was organized by Moscow State Pedagogical University and was part of the Ministry of Education's action plan for implementing educational and training activities under the 'Limitless Period' project for 2023-2024.

From December 4th to 10th, 2024, the Presidential Library will be hosting training sessions for specialists from cultural institutions and educational systems in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and Makeyevka, Donetsk People's Republic. The training will focus on advanced training programs such as Innovative Approaches in Library and Information Activities Using the Resources of the Presidential Library: Information and Educational Potential and Enhancing the Effectiveness of the Educational Process through the Methodology of Using Digital Resources from the Presidential Library. The training will be conducted remotely.

On December 2nd, 2024, the first phase of the Olympiad Russia in the Digital World, organized by the Presidential Library and the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, will come to an end. The competition will take place from September 23rd, 2024 until March 20th, 2025, in three different subjects - history, social sciences, and the Russian language. Students in grades 10 and 11, as well as those studying in secondary vocational arts institutions, are invited to participate.

The results of the Fatherland in the Hands of a Teacher pedagogical project competition organized by the Presidential Library in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation have been announced.

From November 18th to 22nd, 2024, the Presidential Library offered distance learning for employees of the Rozanov Central Library in the Sergiev Posad City District of Moscow Region and employees of the Lena Inter-settlement Centralized Library System in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The training program is called Innovative Approaches in Library and Information Activities Using the Resources of the Presidential Library: Information and Educational Potential and is designed for advanced training.

On November 20, 2024, a conference titled The Potential of Using Digital Resources from Cultural Institutions in the Modern Educational Process was hosted by the Presidential Library in St. Petersburg. The event was organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in collaboration with the Presidential Library under the Administrative Directorate of the President of Russia.

On November 19th, 2024 the Presidential Library hosted a screening of an animated film about Russia's largest shipbuilding enterprise, part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation. 

On November 18, 2024, the Presidential Library will be taking part in the third annual All-Russian military-patriotic educational campaign, Dictation on Military History. The event will be held at the Central Academic Theatre of the Russian Army in Moscow, which is the main venue for the event.

On November 6th, 2024 the Presidential Library was hosted a multimedia lesson titled The Concierge Service and Its Role in Tourism and Hospitality in St. Petersburg. The event was opened to high school students from various schools in St. Petersburg.

In 2025, a significant date will be celebrated - the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

Teachers' Day in Russia is celebrated on October 5th, 2024. Being a teacher is not just a job, it's a vocation and a mission. Many famous scientists, writers and poets dedicated themselves to teaching and became excellent teachers. This is reflected in the documents and materials available on the Presidential Library's portal.

On October 3, 2024, in Kaliningrad, as part of the II Union State Forum Russia and Belarus: A Common History, A Common Future, a trilateral cooperation agreement was signed between the Presidential Library of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, the Center for International Cooperation under the Ministry of Education of Russia, which is the founding member of the Association of Russian and Belarusian Schools, and F. Skariny Gymnasium No. 1 in Minsk, also a founding member of this association.

On October 2nd and 3rd, the Presidential Library hosts an annual Knowledge Forum dedicated to the Year of the Family. The goal of this forum is to provide a platform for discussion on important issues related to family traditions, young people's education, and the support and promotion of traditional family values. Experts and forum participants will gather to share their experiences in the fields of education and awareness, and to discuss ways to promote traditional family values among the public.

Exactly one hundred years ago, on October 3, 1924, the first issue of the Uchitelskaya Gazeta was published.

Who is a "space tanker"? And why is it called like that? What are the features of the Russian language during the Soviet era? Which tank was called the "Victory Tank"? And what should children and teenagers read? These and more questions will have answers on the Presidential Library's TV Channel from September 16 to 30, through films, video lectures and webinars.

On September 5, 2024, the Presidential Library held the Day of Naval Knowledge, a traditional event held at the start of the academic year.

Knowledge Day is an annual celebration on September 1st, established by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1984.

The Presidential Library presents the list of exciting film screenings on the TV Channel from September 1st to 15th.

On August 17, 2024, the Lermontov Penza Regional Library, which is the base for the Regional center of the Presidential Library, hosted schoolchildren from Zaporozhye region. The guests were given a guided tour of the library.

The secrets of the universe and the discoveries of astronomers, the failure of the German military operation "Citadel" and the weapons that helped forge victory, the history of the Russian flag and modern heraldic issues - films, video lectures, and webinars will all be featured on the Presidential Library's TV channel from August 19-25.

Yuri Nosov, the Director General of the Presidential Library, presented a video at the plenary session of the Second International Scientific and Practical Conference State and Prospects for the Development of the International State System of Scientific and Technical Information, which was held in Minsk from 13 to 15 August 2024.

On August 5, 2024, the official portal of the Russian Historical Society announced the end of the first qualifying stage of the The Future of the Fatherland in the Hands of a Teacher contest organized by the Presidential Library. The contest, which began on April 1st, has received more than 620 submissions.
