Alexander Ilyich Belyh was born in 1925 in Tumanshet village, Taishet district Irkutsk region. Fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic and Soviet-Japanese wars, was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree, the medal "For victory over Japan" .
