Among the exhibits are the original war-time items - uniform, weapons, equipment, household items. The central sculptural composition of the panorama depicts, at the moment of the storming, a group of scouts under the command of Semyon Sorokin, whose fighter, Grigory Bulatov, secured the homemade Red Banner on one of the Reichstag windows.
