The issue contains information about the events within the framework of the Russian presidency in APEC held during the period from March 17 to March 31, 2012: a meeting of the Vladivostok Development Coordination Council (Vladivostok), a workshop on reducing the impact of extreme climate conditions for agriculture and fisheries (Taiwan), a seminar on "Modernization of Treasury Systems of APEC Economies" (Kazan). Also referred to the events held in Singapore: the 2 nd meeting of the Committee on Trade and Investment (CTI), the meeting of the APEC Investment Group (IEG), the 41st meeting of the Market Access Group (MAG) and the seminar on research and development the process of restoring goods in the economies of APEC. The issue sums up the results of the Andrei Velichko videoclelection organized by the APEC "Development of Transport in the Economies of the Asia-Pacific Region".
