On May 15, 2012 in The Presidential Library named after Boris N. Yeltsin hosted the third scientific and practical conference on monitoring law enforcement, organized by the Ministry of Justice of Russia. The plenary session of the conference was held with the participation of the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation A. V. Konovalov, Deputy Minister of Justice VL Evtukhov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation M. Krotov and Plenipotentiary of the Government of Russia in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation M Y. Barshchevsky. Listeners and participants of the conference were heads of federal and regional government bodies, judicial authorities, representatives of scientific and public organizations - more than five hundred specialists. The conference was continued by section sessions devoted to monitoring in the largest segments of enforcement - criminal, administrative and civil law, corporate, commercial and constitutional law. Within the framework of the conference, there were also round tables devoted to the analysis of legislation on the support of science and innovation, the application of health care legislation, as well as the interaction of tax authorities and taxpayers. On the same day, RV Markar'yan, editor-in-chief of the information portal "Zakonia", a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of Russia, donated a book to the Presidential Library, based on the revised daily monitoring of online publications of legal media, collected for 2011
