The journal was founded in 1918 by the Vyatka gubernsnarkhoz, it was published twice a month. Reported and statistical materials, analytical articles on the state of the economy of the region and individual industries, and materials on discussions on Soviet and economic construction were printed on the pages of the journal. Now the publication is a valuable source on the history of economic development of Vyatka province in the difficult period of the civil war.
