December 14, 2011 The Presidential Library was visited by the delegation of the US Consulate General in St. Petersburg led by Consul General Bruce Turner. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the activities of the library. For the guests of honor, a tour of the Presidential Library was held. In the multimedia hall, the US representatives were shown a new documentary film "The Tsar and the President", issued by the Presidential Library. After the tour US Consul General Bruce Turner, his wife Veronique Turner, the Press and Culture Consul John Etcheverry and the Director of the Information Center of the US Consulate General Elena Smirnova met with the General Director of the Presidential Library Alexander Vershinin. The main topic of the talks was the prospects for cooperation between the Presidential Library and the Consulate General of the United States of America. |
