Monument-obelisk to warriors-fellow-countrymen, who died on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, was installed in Biryusinsk on October 15, 1967 in the square along the street. Soviet. At the bottom of the monument was a memorial plaque with the names of 175 compatriots who died during the Great Patriotic War. Currently, a memorial plaque with a list of the names of the soldiers is located to the left of the obelisk.
