On the postcard picture of the fragment of the Great White Livadia Palace. It was built in 1911 according to the project of the architect Nikolai Petrovich Krasnov for the family of Emperor Nicholas II. In 1922-1927 years. in the Livadia Palace there was a museum of everyday life of the royal family of the Romanovs. In the years 1925-1941. in the palace there were sanatorium-and-spa institutions. February 4 - February 11, 1945 Livadia Palace became the venue for meetings of the Crimean Conference of the leaders of the three allied powers - the USSR, the United States and Great Britain. During the conference, the palace was also the residence of US President F. D. Roosevelt and other members of the American delegation. In 1945-1953 years. in the palace building was located State Dacha No. 1 for the highest party and state leadership of the USSR. In the years 1953-1974. in the palace was placed the building of the cardiological sanatorium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions "Livadia". July 16, 1974-1993. in the premises of the Livadia Palace was located the Exhibition Complex of the sanatorium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions "Livadia". In the grand halls of the first floor, the situation of the period of the work of the Crimean Conference was fragmentarily recreated. In the other halls there were various art exhibitions.
