On the postcard picture of the sanatorium "Dolnik", located in the eastern part of the village of Simeiz. The building of the sanatorium is the largest building in the prerevolutionary Simeiz - a guesthouse of NK Aleksandrov-Dolnik. The architect of this majestic building was YP Semenov, and he erected this building in 1913. Now this building is the main building of the sanatorium "Ligo Morskaya" .
