The photo shows the Memorial to the Taigin Warriors who died in the battles for their Motherland in 1941-1945, mounted on Sovetskaya Street in the city of Taiga The Kemerovo region. It was built in 1967. More than 4,000 Taiguinians were called to the front during the war years, 1258 of them did not return from the battlefields. Their names are engraved on memorial plates of the memorial and in memory of the victims a sculpture of the warrior-winner was installed .
