The case contains documents related to the extension in Odessa of the port-franco: relations, notes and other documents. Porto-Franco was established in 1817 in Odessa, in fact it was introduced in 1819, after the establishment of customs points outside the city, and existed, with some interruptions, until 1859. The regime of duty-free trade immediately made the city one of the world's shopping centers .
