In 1965 in the village of Znamenka (Krasnoyarsk Territory) was installed monument to fellow villagers who died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The monument is a sculpture of a warrior with a gun on his shoulder and a cap in his hand, mounted on a tetrahedral pedestal. On the pedestal is a plaque with an inscription in honor of the dead soldiers. The author is the sculptor Klenin. On May 9, 2008, a commemorative plaque was opened with the names of 47 killed fellow villagers .
