SM Makeev, Deputy General Director for work with the branches of the Presidential Library, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. The Khabarovsk Regional Center was established on the basis of the Far Eastern State Scientific Library and is located in the monument building "The Profitable House of NI Kuzminsky" .
