The selection of materials includes: a photograph of the jubilee medal "For Valiant Labor., To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Ilich Lenin" and a certificate for the medal of Smolin Georgy Ivanovich. On behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Smolin Georgy Ivanovich was awarded the jubilee medal "For Valiant Labor., To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin." The medal is a regular circle with a diameter of 32 mm, made of brass. On the front side of the coin: on the matte background there is a relief profile image of VI Lenin, turned to the left. In the lower part - the date "1870-1970". On the reverse side of the medal on a matte background are placed: in the upper part of the circumference, the inscription "FOR BENEFIT LABOR", under it the image of the sickle and hammer and the inscription "IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTHDAY OF VI LENIN". In the lower part is a small five-pointed star. The edges of the medal are edged with a ledge. The medal with the ear and oval link is connected with a rectangular shoe, which has a recess on each side. Along the base of the pad there are slits, its inner part is covered with a silk moire ribbon of red color. There are four longitudinal yellow stripes on the tape: two in the middle, one at the edges. The shoe has a pin on the reverse side for attaching the medal to the clothes. Certificate to the medal: no number. The document is filled with black ink, certified by the seal of the Executive Committee of the Caucasian District Council of Working People's Deputies.
