The selection of materials includes: a photograph of Yuri Mikhailovich Chigirev (1987, in a ceremonial suit, with awards), a photograph of the jubilee medal "50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." and a certificate for the medal. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 22, 1995 Chigirev Yuri Mikhailovich was awarded the jubilee medal "50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." The medal is a circle with a diameter of 32 mm, made of tombak. On the front side of the medal: images of the Kremlin wall with the Spassky Tower, the Cathedral of the Intercession on the Moat and the festive salute. At the bottom of the medal is an image of the Order of the Patriotic War and figures "1945-1995", along the circumference of the laurel branches. On the reverse side of the coin: in the center there is an inscription "50 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945". At the bottom of the circle is a laurel half-withe. The edges of the medal are edged with a ledge. All inscriptions and images on the medal are convex. The medal with the ear and ring is connected to a pentagonal block, covered with a red silk moire ribbon, five bands on the left edge of the ribbon: three black and two orange. Certificate to the medal: No. 15210359. The document is filled with black ink, stamped. On the certificate is the handwritten signature of the President of the Russian Federation B. Yeltsin.
