On February 25, 2011, the Presidential Library of the Boris Yeltsin hosted a meeting between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and King of Spain Juan Carlos I, who arrived in Russia on an official visit as part of the launch of the Year of Spain in Russia and the Year of Russia in Spain.
