The selection of materials includes: a photograph of the sign "3rd Frunze Division of the People's Militia of Leningrad" (front side) and a certificate to the sign of Wulf Isaak Zelmanovich. The sign was awarded to Wulf IZ - a veteran of the 3rd Frunzenskaya Rifle Division of the People's Militia of Leningrad. The sign is made in the form of a five-pointed star, covered with red enamel. On the star in the center there is a relief image of the ship from the spire of the Admiralty, an inscription along the circle "3 Frunze Division". The sign with the ear and ring is connected to a square block covered with red enamel. On the block there is a relief inscription "People's Militia of Leningrad". Identity card: without number. The document is filled with typewritten, there is a seal of the Frunze district military commissariat of the city of Leningrad and the handwritten signature of the Chairman of the Veterans Council of the division, A.
