\nThe full name of "Time man," the chronicler of the Russian princes, is pronounced by the reign of the city. In short it is written ". Compiled approx. 1700 on the basis of the Russian chronograph in red. 1617, the Steppen Book, and Prologue, with the addition of a number of valuable news about the events in the town of Khlynov, in the second half of the 17th century, an eyewitness and participant of which he was the author.\n\nThe Vyatka periodical, the first attempt to create a written monument in the form of a chronicle on Vyatka, reflecting the level of historical knowledge of the time residents of the region. The information from the temporary site was used to create another monument of the Vyatka script "The Tale of the Country of Vyatka".\n\nIt was published in 1905 by A.S. Vereshchagin, who provided the publication with a scientific preface, in which he considered the issues of the creation and authorship of the monument, its significance for studying the history of the medieval Vyatka. After that the Temporary was not reprinted any more.\n.
