Famous writer Yu. Semyonov purchased a site in the Crimean village of Oliva in 1983. The writer has long dreamed of a house where he could escape from everyday vanity and give himself entirely to creativity. "Villa Stirlitz," as the writer jokingly called his Crimean abode. The house-museum of Julian Semenov was opened in 2000 on the initiative of the daughter of writer Olga Yulianovna Semyonova. The exposition is located in the rooms of the ground floor, where the atmosphere and spirit of this house is preserved, as during the life of the writer. On the second floor is the library of Yu Semenov. In this house were written such famous novels as "Ordered to survive", "TASS is authorized to declare", "Auction", "Expansion", "Burning", "Unwritten novels", "The Secret of Kutuzovsky Prospect", "Versions", "Face to the face ". The exposition presents the life conditions of the working classroom and the writer's library, personal items and documents, awards, manuscripts. Exhibits (photos, letters, autographs) of meetings and correspondence of Julian Semenov with writers (V. Astafyev, V. Bykov, V. N. Ivanov, N. Konchalovskaya, G. Green, J. Simenon, E. Hemingway, etc.) cinematographers (L. Durov, R. Carmen, N. Mikhalkov, A. Tarkovsky, V. Tikhonov, etc.), cultural figures of the Russian Diaspora (S. Lifar, M. Chagall, F. F. Chaliapin, E.
