The building was built in 1898 according to the project of the architects G. Schleifer and E. Bradtman in the style, which was then called the "neo-Greek", with elements of the Baroque. The interior design of the hall in the Rococo style is of interest. During the Great Patriotic War, the occupiers destroyed the building. Restored in 1946 In the years 1959-1960. the building underwent radical reconstruction. Now here is the National Academic Drama Theater. I. Franko. |
