The film is dedicated to the President's personal library - the Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. The film allowed to capture on the screen the large-scale activity and specifics of this important state unit that provides the activities of the leaders of Russia. Its funds number more than two million items of storage: Russian and foreign books, magazines, newspapers, official documents and electronic publications. The authors of the film tell in detail about the main exhibit of storage in the personal library of the President - an inaugural copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Separately presented are the publications that are donated to the President of the Russian Federation, as well as almost all articles and books devoted to the head of state, the publication of his speeches. The library of the official residence of the President is also used for representative purposes.
