Branch of the State Museum of City Sculpture "MK Anikushin's Workshop" - a multifunctional cultural center with a memorial exposition and art space for contemporary exhibition activities, located in the former workshop of the St. Petersburg sculptor Mikhail Konstantinovich Anikushin. The building was built specifically for MK Anikushin in 1969, designed by architect F. A. Gepner. The album features photographs of the interior of the exhibition "Personal Biography". The name of the exposition is connected with the military biography of MK Anikushin. During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The sculptor served at the front and survived the siege of Leningrad. The exhibition presents plaster models of the sculptural group of the monument to the "Heroic Defenders of Leningrad". The exhibition is dedicated to the double anniversary - the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 40th anniversary of the opening of the monument to the "Heroic Defenders of Leningrad".
