It was opened in May 1967. The initiator and author of the project was the teacher of biology and labor training, participant of the Great Patriotic War, Sokolik Yakov Ivanovich. The monument was built by students of the Pudov eight-year school. Masonry lined with bricks, plastered with cement mortar, painted with silver paint. At the top is a red star.
