On April 7, 2011 at the Representation of the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in Moscow, the General Director of the Presidential Library, AP Vershinin, and the Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, RV Kopin, signed an agreement on cooperation to establish a regional access center to the Presidential Library's electronic resources.
