The flag of the city of Omsk is established by the decision of the Omsk City Council of April 16, 2014 No. 222 "On the flag of the city of Omsk."
The flag of the city of Omsk is a rectangular white cloth with a ratio of width to length of 2: 3, consisting of three horizontal stripes : white, red and white, white stripes are equal, red with a width of 1/4 of the width of the panel; The red strip is seven times shattered with triangular ridges, and below it there are seven triangular projections corresponding to the ridges. The depth of the ridges and the height of the protrusions are 1/12 of the width of the panel. The flag is included in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under the number 9363. The basis of the modern flag was the project developed in 2011. In the development of the flag took part: E. V. Gruzdov, E. N. Zhuravlev, S. V.
