Restored from the original photograph by the sculptor VI Vinnichenko (Obukhov) and architects AI Pivtorak and E. Yu. Gorobtsov. Opened on May 24, 2003 for the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg. A bronze bust of 85 cm high is located on a high pedestal made of gray-pink polished granite. The inscription on the pedestal "Peter the I-gr grateful ohtians."
