    This section includes domestic periodicals and serial publications on law, which came out before 1917: Zhurnal Ministerstva Yustitsii (The Journal of the Ministry of Justice, came out in 1859-1868 and in 1894-1917 in St Petersburg), Vremennik Demidovskogo Yuridicheskogo Litseya (The Chronicle of Demidov Law Lyceum, came out in 1872-1914 in Yaroslavl), Zhurnal Grazhdanskogo i Ugolovnogo Prava (The Journal of Civil and Criminal Law, came out in 1873-1894 in St. Petersburg), Yuridicheskaya Letopis (The Legal Chronicle, came out in 1890-1892 in St Petersburg), the journal of the Law Society of St. Petersburg Imperial University Vestnik Prava (The Herald of Law, came out in 1899-1906), scientific law journal Voprosy Prava (Issues of Law, came out in 1910-1912 in Moscow), Vestnik Grazhdanskogo Prava (The Herald of Civil Law, came out in 1913-1917 in St. Petersburg/Petrograd, publication was resumed in 2006 in Moscow).

    This section includes domestic periodicals and serial publications on law, which came out after 1917: the publication of the People’s Commissariat for Justice of the RSFSR Proletarskaya Revolyutsiya i Pravo (Proletarian Revolution and Law, came out in 1918-1921 in Moscow), Yezhenedelnik Sovetskoy Yustitsii (The Weekly Journal of Soviet Justice, from 1930 - Sovetskaya Yustitsiya (Soviet Justice, organ of the People’s Commissariat for Justice of the USSR and the Supreme Court of the USSR, came out in Moscow in 1922-1941 and in 1957-1993), the journal of the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs Administrativny Vestnik (The Administrative Herald, came out in 1925-1930 in Moscow), Pravo i Zhizn (Law and Life, came out in 1922-1928 in Moscow), Revolyutsionnaya Zakonnost journal (Revolutionary Law, came out in 1926 in Moscow), theoretical and practical journal Sotsialisticheskaya Zakonnost (Socialist Law, during different periods was the organ of the People’s Commissariat for Justice of the USSR, the Prosecutor’s Office of the USSR, the Supreme Court of the USSR, and the Ministry of Justice of the USSR; came out in 1935-1991 in Moscow), and a modern academic publication, which has been published in Irkutsk since 2000 - Akademichesky Yuridichesky Zhurnal (Academical Law Journal).
