The collection of materials includes: 1. A reprint of the book "Space rocket trains" K. E. Tsiolkovsky, printed from an electronic copy of the 1929 edition of the Presidential Library; 2. A reprint of the book "The Will of the Universe, Unknown Intelligent Forces" by K. E. Tsiolkovsky, printed from an electronic copy of the 1928 edition from the Presidential Library; 3. Envelope and the work program of the ISS crew with books "The Will of the Universe, Unknown Intelligent Forces" and "Space Rocket Trains"; 4. Two photographs of books by K. E. Tsiolkovsky on board the International Space Station. Location of materials: Presidential Library.

At the end of 2016, the publication of K.E. Tsiolkovsky's "Will of the Universe: Unknown Intelligent Forces" and "Space Rocket Trains", printed from electronic copies of books from the Presidential Fund libraries, were sent to the International Space Station by agreement with the Federation of Cosmonautics of Russia. The editions returned to the Presidential Library with the ISS seal and the autographs of Russian cosmonauts Sergei Nikolayevich Ryzhikov and Andrei Ivanovich Borisenko, as well as American astronaut Robert Shane Kimbrow. The fact that KE Tsiolkovsky's books were on board the International Space Station was recorded on photographs with AI Borisenko's autograph and date: June 14, 2017.
