Decorative sculpture "City" was donated to St.- Petersburg on May 27, 1998 on the eve of the 300th anniversary of the city and in connection with the 200th anniversary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the initiative of the leadership of the GUVD of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The author of the sculpture is the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Albert Serkinim Charkin, the architect - V. V. Popov. The sculpture in height of 2,27 m is executed from bronze, it is established on a pedestal from gray not polished granite. Located on Malaya Konyushennaya street
