The Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov held the first meeting of the Interdepartmental Expert Council on improvement of the legislation in the field of regulation of relations, connected to the processing of personal data. During the meeting, it was approved the plan till June 2014 as well as were discussed issues of personal data protection.
