The Presidential Library goes on developing its interregional and foreign information networks. In June 2018 33 centers of remote access to the Presidential Library resources were launched: 32 in the regions of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, Ryazan, Saratov, Murmansk and Chelyabinsk regions, and one abroad in Germany.

The Presidential Library is dynamically working to develop cooperation with the regions of Russia. Currently, cooperation agreements have been signed with 63 subordinate entities, including in 2017 — with 18 regions, such as: Belgorod, Saratov, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Oryol, Kursk, Lipetsk, Novgorod, Kurgan and Smolensk oblasts, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Mari El, Khakassia, Tuva, North Ossetia, and the Stavropol Territory.
