Golitsyn is remembered for great reforms in the field of architectural and urban development of the city – in particular, the reconstruction of Moscow after the fire of 1812.The collection of mandatory for the residents of Moscow and a part for other cities of resolutions on the protection of public order, tranquility and security, as well as: construction, fire, national food, medical, trade and other urban amenities, indicating the articles of the law, on which are subject to recovery for violation of these orders.
