Symbols of the state authority

Official symbols of the state (national emblem, anthem and flag) are one of the manifestations of the statehood. The section presents Russian national and regional symbols, and legal documents which determine their form, content and use in various periods of the Russian history. The section also includes special researches on heraldry.
