The palace ensemble Dulber in the Moorish style was erected in 1895—1897 upon the project of the architect N. P. Krasnov. After the October Revolution the palace was nationalized, and the sanatorium “Dulber” was opened in it. In the 1930s it was renamed into the “Krasnoye Znamya” (lit. red flag) Health Resort and Recreation Center. In 1938, upon the project of architect B. I. Belozersky, the second residential building of the health resort was built. During the Great Patriotic War, Dulber Palace was seriously destroyed by fire. Restoration works was carried out in 1946—1959. In 1977, a reinforced concrete ten-story third in succession residential building was built in the park on the seashore.
