Schoolchildren of Tyumen Region joined the final stage of the Presidential Library's Olympiad
The third round of the educational project of the Presidential Library “Russia in the Electronic World” was held. This year, 15 venues were used in Tyumen Region for the full-time round of the Olympiad: participants were met in Abatsky, Aromashevsky, Berdyuzhsky, Sorokinsky, Sladkovsky, Kazansky, Ishimsky, Uporovsky municipal districts, Zavodoukovsky and Golyshmanovsky urban districts, as well as in Tyumen and Yalutorovsk.

The meeting of generations “The unfading feat of Tyumen residents” took place in Tyumen. The meeting, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege, was organized by the Center for Socially Significant Projects of the Tyumen Regional State Institute for the Development of Regional Education and the Tyumen Interregional Organization of the Trade Union of Public Education and Science Workers of the Russian Federation.

The activities of the police to ensure the protection of public order during the siege, the fight of the NKVD of the USSR against enemy sabotage, reconnaissance and subversive activities, the heroism and feat of law enforcement officers in besieged Leningrad, as well as counteraction to modern attempts to falsify history were discussed at the round table “Current issues in the history of the siege Leningrad".
