The Presidential Library presents exhibition in honor of Russian scientist M. V. Lomonosov

To mark the anniversary of the great Russian scholar M. V. Lomonosov the Presidential Library launches the Exhibition “The State Intellect of Wide Range”. At the core of the exposition are rare editions, valuable archival documents and their electronic copies revealing the work of the academician seeking to bring the Fatherland to prosperity.

Open lectures to be filmed in the Presidential Library

From January 30, 2012 for five days the Presidential library will host educational lectures within the “Video lectures: “Knowledge about Russia” project. Video records of the lectures will be available for general public at the portal of the library and its electronic reading room.

Presidential Library has prepared e-greetings

In 2012 the Presidential Library is moving to electronic greetings to its colleagues and partners. Along with mailing traditional New Year greetings it has posted multimedia greetings on its website.
 

Open lecture center was launched at the Presidential Library

17 November 2011, on the eve of the 300th birthday anniversary of M. V. Lomonosov, the Presidential Library launched a video lecture center. The audience in the library as well as Internet users will have an opportunity to assist lectures of representatives of the leading academic and educational institutions of Russia.

The Presidential Library to host “Gallipoli Stand” International Scientific Conference

3 November 2011

2 to 27 November 2011 in St. Petersburg, in the context of the Conciliation and Consent Day celebrated in Russia, will take place the events marking the 90th anniversary of the Russian Exodus from Gallipoli. One of them,– International Scientific Conference “Gallipoli Stand”, will be held 3 November in the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library.
