The Presidential Library provides a conference on the promotion of national cultural heritage in the electronic environment
On May 23, 2023 at 10:00 a scientific and practical conference will be held at the Presidential Library. It will consider the promotion of the national cultural heritage in the electronic environment. The event will be held as part of the implementation of the state policy to preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. On November 9, 2022 the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On Approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values" was issued.
The Presidential Library showcases "Petersburg on the front page" exhibition
On May 22, 2023 at 14:00 the photo exhibition "Petersburg on the front page" will be presented at the Presidential Library. It will be available in digital and traditional formats.
The Presidential Library to host the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference of Geneticists
Determining the risk of especially dangerous blood diseases and modern methods of cancer treatment will be discussed by the participants of the VII All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation "Genetics of tumors of the hematopoietic system - from diagnosis to therapy". The conference will be held in St. Petersburg at the Presidential Library on May 19–20, 2023.

The Presidential Library will present a number of events within the framework of the XVIII St. Petersburg International Book Fair which will be held this year from May 18-21.
The Presidential Library’s video lecture to illustrate Russian rulers’ coronations
On May 18, 2023, at 12:00 Moscow time, the Presidential Library will host a video lecture entitled “Coronations and anointing to reign in Russia: from St. Vladimir to Nicholas II” as part of the Knowledge of Russia project.
The secrets of the Afghan war to be revealed in the Presidential Library by ex-intelligence officer Igor Morozov
On May 17, 2023 at 17:00 Moscow time the Presidential Library will host a presentation of Igor Morozov’s book “The World Chess Game. Afghan Zugzwang”. It will be presented by the author himself - a well-known political scientist, chairman of the coordinating committee for economic cooperation with African countries - AFROCOM, a veteran of foreign intelligence, a specialist in the Middle East and Africa, from October 2017 to November 2022 - a senator of the Russian Federation.
The Presidential Library to show a new film "The Picturesque Anthem to the Fatherland"
On May 17, 2023, at 14:30, the Presidential Library will host a screening of a new documentary film "The Picturesque Anthem to the Fatherland", filmed with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. The film tells about the unique 12-volume edition "Picturesque Russia", which was published at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, becoming perhaps the most significant milestone in the history of Russian book printing.
The Presidential Library’s video lecture to portray the last Russian emperor
On May 11, 2023 at 11:00 Moscow time the Presidential Library will host a video lecture Nicholas II: Triumph and Tragedy of Russia dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the birth of the last Russian Emperor as part of the Knowledge of Russia project.
The Presidential Library to host a gala concert in honor of Victory Day
On May 10, 2023 at 19:00 the Presidential Library will host the world premiere of a cantata in honor of the great holiday - Victory Day. The choir of the Sretensky Monastery will take part in the concert. The organizer of the event is the Palaces of St. Petersburg Festival Foundation.
The Presidential Library to host the II St. Petersburg Youth Historical Forum "Heroes of the Fatherland"
On May 4, 2023 at 11:00 the II St. Petersburg Youth Historical Forum "Heroes of the Fatherland" will be launched at the Presidential Library. The event is held with the grant support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
