Heads of regional centers of the Presidential Library to bring together at the anniversary annual meeting

The X All-Russian annual retreat of the heads of regional centers and partners of the Presidential Library will be held from September 23-29, 2023 within the framework of the Annual Integration Forum. For the first time, the meeting will be held in a new format: for 7 days, the heads of regional centers will meet at different sites in the territory of three subjects of the Ural Federal District (Tyumen, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk Regions), a total of 15 sites are planned to be visited.

The meeting is held with the support of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District. The plenary meeting, which will take place on September 29 in Yekaterinburg, will present the fundamentals of the regional development strategy of the Presidential Library for the period until 2030. Representatives of the Presidential Library and the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, and the Academy, Ministry of Education of Russia, MGIMO Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, representatives of the government, Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of Sverdlovsk Region will also attend the event.

 The main theme of all events within the framework of the X All-Russian annual retreat is interdepartmental partnership as a priority for the regional development of the Presidential Library.

Together with educational and cultural institutions of the Ural Federal District, the successful long-term experience of the Tyumen branch of the Presidential Library will be demonstrated, including in the implementation of projects based on public-private partnership.

Special attention is paid to various formats for integrating the information resources of the Presidential Library into the educational process of educational organizations. The practice of dealing with library resources will be considered not only in elementary, but also in middle and high school - in social and humanitarian lessons; experience in developing the skills of design and research activities of students in class and outside of class hours; interaction with the professional community to improve the qualifications of teaching staff.

The meeting involves activities aimed at developing “soft” skills (communication skills, teamwork, creativity, punctuality) among meeting participants.

Heads of regional centers of the Presidential Library will share their work experience and tell about events organized jointly with partners. It will also be about the experience of developing social partnership, prospects for interregional and interdepartmental interaction.
