On 7 May 2025 at 11:00 the Presidential Library will host a gala event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The concert is traditionally organised by the Administration of the Admiralty District of St. Petersburg and the Presidential Library.

Victory Day celebrations are held annually in the historic building at 3 Senate Square.

The concert will be attended by the Wind Orchestra of the St Petersburg Musorgsky Music College, conducted by Janis Bartashevich. The orchestra, founded in 1926, has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix of the All-Russian open festival-competition of brass bands, ensembles and soloists "Vivat, Student!" in Moscow, as well as the Grand Prix of the XI open festival-competition of musical creativity "Spring Kaleidoscope" in St. Petersburg. The team performs at the significant venues of our city.

The brass band at the Presidential Library will perform marches from different periods of our Motherland's history and famous songs dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.
