Annual Integration Forum to be marking 80th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War

On 25–27 November 2025, the Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States and the Eurasian Library Assembly, will hold an Integration Forum on the preservation of the cultural and historical heritage of libraries, archives and museums, timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The event will be attended by representatives of libraries, archives, museums, educational and scientific institutions, and public associations from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the Integration Forum, it is planned to discuss issues related to the evacuation of scientific and cultural institutions, cultural treasures, and cultural figures from frontline territories during the Great Patriotic War; cultural life and the work of libraries during the evacuation; the current state of museums and memorials dedicated to the evacuation; projects aimed at preserving cultural heritage and historical memory of the evacuation in a digital environment.

On 25 November, the Presidential Library will host a scientific and practical conference entitled "Evacuation during the Great Patriotic War: Preserving Memory in the Digital Space of the CIS Countries" as part of the forum, as well as an expert session entitled "Evacuation of Libraries, Archives and Museums during the Great Patriotic War".

On 26 and 27 November, round tables will be held on "The Russian Language in the CIS" and "Library Projects for the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory."

Most of the events of the Integration Forum will be broadcast online.

The letter should contain the full name, date and place of birth, passport data (series, number, place of registration), a list of carry-on equipment, contact phone numbers, the name of the media.

We draw the attention of the media representatives that it is necessary to forward applications for accreditation and arrive at the event in advance.

Entrance to the Presidential Library is carried out only by prior registration and upon showing a passport: for media representatives - through entrance № 2, participants and guests of the event - through entrance № 1.
