Boris Yeltsin and constitutional reform of 1993

February 1, 2011 the Presidential Library opened an exposition in honor of the 80th anniversary of the first publicly elected Russian President B. N. Yeltsin. The core of the exhibition is represented by the materials on elaboration of the current “Yeltsin’s” Constitution of 1993.

In the exhibition halls of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library has opened “Republic of Karelia. For 90th anniversary of statehood” exhibition as a part of “Kalevala Land-2010” International Festival in honor of cultures’ approach, the 90th anniversary of the Republic of Karelia and the 175th anniversary of the first edition of “Kalevala” Karelian-Finnish epos.

Presidential Library calls for participation in photo contest

Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library announces the beginning of “Foreign View” International photo contest. The works for the contest are accepted until September 1, 2010 – the day of presentation of the Presidential Library “Territory of Russia” collection and the opening of the exhibition.
