Presidential Library launches an exhibition marking 150th anniversary of serfdom abolition
On March 3 2011 within the framework of events timed to 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Manifesto on serfdom abolition in Russia, the Presidential Library launched an exhibition called “Authority and society on the way to peasant reform”.

February 1, 2011 the Presidential Library opened an exposition in honor of the 80th anniversary of the first publicly elected Russian President B. N. Yeltsin. The core of the exhibition is represented by the materials on elaboration of the current “Yeltsin’s” Constitution of 1993.

“St. Petersburg Quays” Festival kicks off at the Presidential Library
The main performance of an American tenor on November 12 2010 – is the first public concert at building of the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library. This concert will give a start to the festival called “St. Petersburg Quays”.
Presidential Library announces winners of the “Foreign View” photo contest

Presidential Library calls for participation in photo contest
Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library announces the beginning of “Foreign View” International photo contest. The works for the contest are accepted until September 1, 2010 – the day of presentation of the Presidential Library “Territory of Russia” collection and the opening of the exhibition.

On May 27 2010 the St. Petersburg State University jointly with the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library are going to launch the Electronic Students’ Reading Room.
