On June 25 (July 6), 1796, the third son, the future Emperor of Russia (1825-1855), Tsar of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland Nicholas I, was born in the family of Grand Duke Pavel Petrovich (from November 6 (17), Emperor of All Russia Paul I).
On June 24 (July 6) 1801 was established an unofficial supreme advisory body under Alexander I — the Privy Committee — which included his closest associates, members of the former “Circle of Young Friends”.
June 24 (July 6) 1852, in Vologda, in the family of a provincial secretary was born Sergey Vasilievich Rukhlov, member of the State Council (1905-1917), one of the founders and the first chairman of the All-Russian National Union (1908), Minister of Transport of the Russian Empire (1909 - 1915).
On July 6, 1923 the Central Executive Committee of USSR approved the plan of Constitution of USSR, the design of the first national coat of arms of USSR and elected the first Soviet government – the Soviet of People’s Commissars headed by V. I. Lenin.
