| Summary | The Commission of Legislative Assumptions and the Administrative and Financial Commission were formed by the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR on July 17, 1923. The commission began work on September 4, 1923 by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of June 29, 1926. The commission was merged into the preparatory commission of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR.The preparatory commission was liquidated by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of January 11, 1931 with the assignment of functions to manage the affairs of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR.Chairman of the Commissions: V.P.
