Summary Kolchak A.V. (1873 (according to other sources of 1874)-1920), Admiral (since November 1918), graduated from the Marine Cadet Corps (1894), a polar researcher (expeditions 1900-1903 and 1908–1911), a participant in the Russian-Japanese and First World War, commander of the Black Sea Fleet (1916–1917).After the February Revolution, he was recalled to Petrograd and went on a business trip to the UK and the USA.In October 1918 he arrived in Omsk, on November 4, 1918 he became part of the Ufa Directory as a military and marine minister.As a result of the coup on November 18, he became the supreme ruler of the Russian state.In 1918-1919He led the struggle against the troops of Soviet Russia in Siberia, in the Urals and the Far East.He was defeated and in January 1920 he resigned the title of the Supreme Ruler, transferring it to A.
